I had a consultation and follow up with Bridgette in order to get a better understanding of my hormonal issues. I am perimenopausal and was suffering from tiredness, hot flushes and anxiety. I came to see Bridgette after feeling very stressed with a lack of sleep, Bridgette put me on a healthy eating plan which I followed and it made a huge difference. Under her instruction she also asked me to go and get some tests done at the doctors to check for deficiencies and hormone levels and I discovered that I had a vitamin D deficiency that can lead to tiredness and muscular pain. From that I was then prescribed Vitamin D supplements and along with the supplements that Bridgette had recommended my energy levels began to return. I also followed her sleep protocol to ensure a minimum of 8 hours sleep which has made a huge impact on the way that I feel, not only in my mind, but in my life! Thank you so much.
